The best events are the ones that have already been run in your head before the first guest arrives.

Clear preparation, calm leadership, and quiet control make the difference between an event that feels smooth and one that feels stressful. When you can see the flow, the timing, and the potential problems in advance, you stay ahead of the day instead of reacting to it.

The photo above was one that took months to plan, prepare and stage. All of the people involved took an invested interest in making the event a huge success. It was for the Dalai Lama. No expense was spared, no idea was left outstanding and everyone put their best foot forward. There isn’t a single person in the above image that I cannot call a true Colleague and they all gave their all to make it a huge success. I can’t thank them enough, as it’s still one of my highlight events in my lifetime.
