The moment people walk into the room, the standard is already set. Come take a look at what that means — and why it really matters.

Hello and Welcome. I’m Steve Lemire.

This site is the foundation for my YouTube channel. After 40+ years in catering, I’m sharing the practical lessons that actually work under pressure.

It began with one idea my mother taught me:

That principle has guided every conference, convention, wedding, and special event I have ever managed. The moment people walk into the room, the standard is set.

Having spent most of my career behind the scenes, I’m now stepping in front of the camera to pass on the real standards and systems that turn potential chaos into controlled success. No theory. Just what works.

If you’re looking to new ways to help raise the standard of how your next event is run — or how you show up and take more control — then you’re in the right place.

Steve

The next four areas — My Channel, My Home, My Art, and My Stories — all grew from the same creative, eclectic home that shaped who I am.
